I don’t know if you need to know my car model, but I have a 97 Civic EX.
I currently have, what appears to be, the aftermath of a horrible paint job. Some places look okay, but most of the surface area of the car is crappy looking! I have no rust and one minor dent on the fender.
I have seen many cars that have just a nice looking dull black primer on there car, which in my opinion would look decent on my car.
Can someone explain, in detail step by step (as if I don’t know anything), how they would go about doing this in my case? Step 1 starting from the condition it is currently and the final step having a nice looking primer and EVERYTHING in between. Need to know what to protect, what to remove, how many layers of primer to have, and any other little detail to get the job done.
NOTE: My father-in-law is a fabricator and so he has a nice sprayer machine thingy and an electric sander if I need it.
I want it to look good and last. I have seen instructions online that doesn’t tell me enough detail.
No Pumping, No Lugging — Just Wheel and Spray! The ultimate in convenience! “Never again” was my decision about pressure pump sprayers several years ago (after straining my back dragging one around the garden), but I have to admit that this fine Gilmour 4-gallon capacity pump sprayer ON WHEELS has changed my mind. Not only do you not lift it, you don’t pump it, either! As you roll this sprayer along, it pressurizes itself! Add to this a handy-dandy wand storage feature, flexible wand, good long PVC hose, built-in pressure relief valve, and extra-wide mouth for easy filling, and you’ve got yourself an easy-to-use, almost foolproof sprayer! Everything about this sprayer was designed for ease of use and ergonomic relief. I hesitate to say that you just “point and shoot,” but it DOES make spraying the garden, staining the deck, even stripping wallpaper about as easy as a walk in the park! The mouth opening is 4ΒΌ inches wide for easy filling, and there’s a drain at the base for easy emptying. (You will NEVER have to lift this unit!) The 16-inch flexible wand stores in the handle — you don’t even have to bend over to attach it and begin your project. The handle pivots (so you don’t have to wrestle the unit around corners and into tight places) and the PVC hose is an extra-long 72 inches — no more scrambling for extension cords! The extra-large 4-gallon tank is UV-resistant and translucent, so you can keep an eye on its fluid level. The filter changes easily, and the seals …
When I turn on the water for my sink, there is a loud pumping noise. If I turn the water pressure really low, then the sound stops, but at a higher pressure, it does. When I use the sprayer, the noise stops. Also note that the sprayer leaks when running water. What can I do about this
In the Millikan oil drop experiment, an atomizer (a
sprayer with a fine nozzle) is used to introduce many
tiny droplets of oil between two oppositely charged
parallel metal plates held in a vacuum chamber. Some
of the droplets pick up one or more excess electrons.
The charge on the plates is adjusted so that the
electric force on the excess electrons exactly balances
the weight of the droplet. The idea is to look for a
droplet that has the smallest electric force and assume
that it has only one excess electron. This lets the
observer measure the charge on the electron.
Suppose the electric field of is set up by establishing a
voltage difference of 10,000 Volts across the two
plates which are separated by 32 cm. The charge on
one electron is about 1.6×10-19 C. Estimate the radius
of an oil drop for which its weight could be balanced
by the electric force of this field on one electron.
JUST want opinions on if you think it would work. Or if you have already used this or similar and it worked.
THanks.
Soap sprays created from dish detergent, water, citrus peels and essential oils such as eucalyptus or tea tree oil may be sprayed onto lawns as a means of flea control. These sprays poison and suffocate fleas and their offspring. Soap sprays are completely safe for use around humans and animals, and are safe for lawns and garden plants. Simply mix up a spray and put it in a garden sprayer to apply. Soap sprays also control mosquitoes.
I read the cold side dip stick and it read low, and filled it to full while cold but after running it in idle a while the filler tube was practically at the top and the dip stick read over filled. I tried to pump it out using a common garden sprayer but it took way too long to pump out just enough to make a cup of espresso as far as volume. Is it safe to say that the car could be driven anyway like it is? Sooner or later the fluid will go out the way it always has through the leak right?
Hi, I want to build a confetti cannon for parties. It can be an explosion of confetti or a continuous stream on it. I would like it to be no more then 35 dollars. Idk if that’s possible if it’s not just tell me the plans anyway. Thanks. And also, I saw one about using a refillable fire extingwisher filled with air and it was a cannon. Would I have to refill it it after every use? Or would it only use a little of air and I would just have to fill more confetti? ThAnks again.
P.s. I thought of usin a leaf blower would that work for a continuous stream? And, lol, I thought of using one of those sprayer things that I have to pump up, would I be able to use that instead of the fire extinguisher or would it not have enough psi? Thanks again
Im looking for a GOOD product in concentrate form (OTHER THAT ROUND UP) that will kill grass and weeds in a gravel driveway for at least a month or so. We have several feet of gravel driveway that i have been spraying with round up for 2 years to keep the grass and weeds out of it, but it keeps coming back. I have to re-spray it every 2 weeks or so to keep all the grass and weeds out. I was wondering if there was a product in concentrate form out there that is better that round up and will keep grass and weeds away longer, if so what do you recommend, how much does it cost and where can i get it? I have tried several other stuff from walmart Home Deopt and Lowes too, and its no better that round up. We live on a small farm so im familiar with the ole diesel fuel in a pump sprayer trick, i was just wondering if there was anything from CoOp or Tractor Supply that might not smell so bad and more user friendly.
