I think the line is clogged or something because when you fill it up and spray it nothing comes out. It doesn’t leak or anything.

I fertilize as I should (no possibility of over doing it), cut my lawn high, have no weeds except the crabgrass I’m working on. I used to water every morning, now I water 1 inch every 4 or 5 days. I also recently used kelp extract diluted as directed with a hose sprayer. Four weeks ago I planted new seed (high quality stuff) in an area that used to be a garden. It grew thick and fast to 4 inches but has not grown since it was mowed at that point and it is now very thin and has bare patches. Now no one comes to my parties. How can I get the thick green lawn back for the ladies?
